Come and discover all the amazing things God gave your body the ability to do.  It will be a great mix of cardiovascular endurance and strength training…tailored just for kids.  We will also talk about nutrition basics: what are calories, protein, fats, carbs? What does it mean to fuel your body?  What foods provide good fuel?  We will prepare and enjoy a healthy snack each day. Come prepared for indoor and outdoor activities.  Please bring a labeled water bottle.
