Do you want to learn to sew? This is the camp for you! This camp is for kids who have little to no sewing experience. We’ll learn basic sewing techniques as we complete simple, yet fun sewing projects. Your own sewing machine is helpful, but not required.

We will spend the week training for our track meet, while we learn to be champions for Jesus. Events include: 50m, 100m, 200m, & 400m dash; 400m & 800m relays; long jump, softball throw & Frisbee toss. Everyone will compete in at least one dash event, one relay, and one field event at the Friday track meet. Do you love to cook? Do you dream of being the next Master Chef Junior? Then this is the camp for you! Join us for a week of cooking fun as we learn to create culinary masterpieces in the kitchen! And then we’ll eat them, of course, so come hungry! Throughout the week we will be cooking or baking foods from the different food groups as well as learning about how Jesus is “food for our soul.

This will be a non-competitive introduction to soccer. Using fun games we will learn the basic skills of soccer. This camp will be very active, fun, and a great way to meet new friends. Together we will learn how important it is to have Jesus on our team. Bring: labeled water bottle and wear shin guards. Includes- t-shirt and soccer ball

Join us for a fun week of target shooting! This is not a hunter safety course, but is an introductory, hands on course designed to introduce kids to guns and basic gun safety. We’ll test what we learn by shooting BB guns at designated targets. As we discover how easy it is to miss the mark when shooting at a target, we will learn to be thankful that Jesus hits the mark every time so we don’t have to.

Get ready to stretch your limits of physical strength, self-control, and faith. You’ll face challenges that include a climbing wall, rappelling tower, zip line, slack line, various games, and God’s Word. Safety and encouragement are primary.

Come cast your nets and see what the Bible has to say about fish! We’ll learn about fish, fishing equipment, making lures, and so much more. Special Lake Michigan sunrise salmon fishing trips will be held Tues – Friday. This is when the fish are most active. 3 campers per trip plus one parent chaperone each day. Trips will be rescheduled if weather is not good on any specific day

Learn how to make, bake and eat a variety of quick and yeast breads, while learning how Jesus is the Bread of Life! Easy to follow, delicious recipes. We will be using gluten and dairy products. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate allergies or intolerances

This camp is for the more experienced sewer who would like to learn new quilting skills. We will learn some basic machine quilting techniques through the construction of a small quilt or bag and other small projects as time allows. Prior to the start of camp, we will send you the fabric requirements for your projects. You will purchase your own fabrics and bring them to camp with you on the first day. Any additional notions, such as stabilizer, will be provided. Your own sewing machine is helpful, but not required.

Over the course of the week, campers will be introduced to the basics of coffee, explore a variety of specialty drinks, and learn the art of using an espresso machine. They’ll also gain hands-on experience in running a cafe, from preparing drinks to managing workflow. Taught by an experienced barista, this camp is perfect for those eager to explore the world of coffee and gain confidence in a cafe environment

Saddle Up! We will have a fun week together providing the opportunity for developing equestrians to become more confident in their abilities and comfortable within a community of riders as they learn the fundamentals of riding and horse care. This camp will meet at the Prairie Hill Stables.

Checkmate! Whether you are a chess pro, just learning how to play, or don’t know the difference between a bishop and a knight – you are welcome at Chess Camp! Not only will we learn what each piece does, but we will explore game play strategies, identify common chess terms/plays, and enjoy some friendly competition with fellow chess players. As we learn how to make important decisions in our game play, we will also learn from the Bible how to make important decisions in life. We hope to see you there!

Everything is awesome at Lego camp! We’ll spend the week designing and building every kind of structure you can imagine. We’ll also have Lego related craft projects, daily design challenges, creative competitions, and “free build” time. The possibilities are endless. Come explore what it feels like to be a pilot! We’ll spend the morning learning about planes and aviation and finish the day with a discovery flight in a real airplane!
