Gardening Camp – Picking and Processing

The planting is done, now it’s time to harvest what we’ve grown! In this camp, we will learn how to identify when fruits and vegetables are ready to pick and to practice safe, gentle harvesting techniques. We will also learn how to process what we harvest so it is preserved for future use.
