In this camp, brimming with posies, we will be making a nature journal to record our observations. We will delight in God’s handiwork in the garden. We will have a day of flower arranging along with other floral projects with watercolors and other embellishments. You won’t want to miss it!
Come explore what it feels like to be a pilot! We’ll spend the morning learning about planes and aviation and finish the day with a discovery flight in a real airplane! Each camp is a one day camp and will be held at the EAA Chapter 1158 building at the West Bend Municipal Airport, 310 Aerial Drive, West Ben, WI. 53095. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of camp. A parent or guardian needs to be present and will need to sign the liability waiver. Centipedes, Spiders and Ants, oh my! If you love all things creepy and crawly, this is the camp for you! We will learn about God and how he creates us all unique and for a specific purpose as we explore many of His buggy creations. You won’t want to miss all the buggy crafts, snack, games and FUN!
Come ride with us! We’ll learn bike safety and maintenance, including how to change a tire. And, of course, we’ll ride bikes! We’ll take excursions (mostly on the bike trail) to Cedarburg, Mequon, and parts unknown… You don’t want to miss our daily adventures on bikes! Campers must provide their own bike and helmet. Please bring a water bottle.
As Christians, we are called to “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation” (Mark 16:15) and “make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). In this camp, we will learn how to boldly share the gospel with others. Some activities include writing a gospel tract and role playing on how to share the gospel. There will be opportunities to go out into our community to practice what we have learned, including before the Cedarburg 4th of July parade. If you want to know how boldly share your faith, this camp is for you!
Creativity meets delicious treats in this camp! We will bake cupcakes, cookies and cakes and we will make different types of frosting as we learn a variety of decorating techniques. Each day we will be introduced to new techniques, such as piping and creating rosettes using decorating tips. It’s going to be a week of delicious, creative fun.
Dubbed a kinder gentler version of dodge ball, the game is played with a soft foam ball, and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees. Players need to keep moving to avoid getting hit by the ball. We’ll have a fun week together learning the rules and playing lots of Gaga Ball! You won’t want to miss it!
The planting is done, now it’s time to harvest what we’ve grown! In this camp, we will learn how to identify when fruits and vegetables are ready to pick and to practice safe, gentle harvesting techniques. We will also learn how to process what we harvest so it is preserved for future use. Get ready to create, relax and have fun with yarn! In this camp, kids will learn the art of knitting using just their hands – no needles required. This beginner friendly craft is easy to learn and perfect for young creators. Campers will complete a variety of projects during the week using the skills they learn along the way.
Saddle Up! We will have a fun week together providing the opportunity for developing equestrians to become more confident in their abilities and comfortable within a community of riders as they learn the fundamentals of riding and horse care. This camp will meet at the Prairie Hill Stables located on the corner of Highland and Wauwatosa Roads.
Do you like puzzles? Do you like problem solving? Then this is the camp for you. Jigsaw puzzles, word puzzles, scrambled sentences, hidden clues, code breaker, Wheel of Fortune, riddles, and so much more! We’ll spend the week solving all kinds of puzzles while we learn about the puzzles of our lives and how Jesus is the missing piece to making us complete.
Everything is awesome at Lego camp! We’ll spend the week designing and building every kind of structure you can imagine. We’ll also have Lego related craft projects, daily design challenges, creative competitions, and “free build” time. The possibilities are endless. Come ready to experience Lego’s in a whole new way, while we learn the importance about building our lives on the strong foundation of God’s word!
Travel to Jerusalem to dig into God’s Word and discover how archeology reveals truths about God and His people. We will learn and perform a musical in a week! We’ll end the week with a performance of our show on Friday night. Auditions are required for speaking parts (11 to 14 year olds). Audition dates are June 7th from 1-3PM OR June 8th from 4-6PM. Audition packets (providing the excerpts which auditionees should practice) will be available on May 1st.
Come cast your nets and see what the Bible has to say about fish! We’ll learn about fish, fishing equipment, making lures, and so much more. Special Lake Michigan sunrise salmon fishing trips will be held Tues – Friday. This is when the fish are most active. 3 campers per trip plus one parent chaperone each day. Trips will be rescheduled if weather is not good on any specific day.
Do you like animals? If you do, Noni’s Secret Garden Camp is for you! We will learn how to communicate with God’s gifts to us in nature as we observe them, create our stories and even write our own little books about our experience!
Along with scriptural truths associated with laying a good foundation for strong growth and being built up in the Lord, children will learn the basics of hand building and how to use tools of a potter. We will make a variety of projects during the week using several different types of clay.
Roll into the fun as we learn the basics of Roller Skating. Great for any skill level. Beginners will learn essential skating skills like balancing, stopping and turning. More advanced skaters can explore some more challenging techniques. We will meet at Skateland in Cedarburg. Skate rental and entry fee are included in the camp fee. You won’t want to miss the fun! This week will be a creative, hands-on experience where we will learn the art of beautiful writing in calligraphy. We will explore different styles of lettering, including round hand calligraphy and modern-day lettering while we create several fun projects during the week.
Come join us for a week of movement on mats, balance beams, mini-trampolines, and more! We will learn about loving God through daily devotion stories, movement stations, and large-group games. Snacks will be provided, too! We will be working on basic tumbling moves like rolls, back bends, and cartwheels. We will play large-group games like parachute games and scooter races. Come and join the fun.
If you’ve always wanted to try volleyball, this is the camp for you! We will introduce campers to basic volleyball skills such as passing, setting, hitting and serving using fun games, drills and exercises. We will also learn how to play in a team setting. This camp will be held outdoors so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Kneepads are not required. Please bring a labeled water bottle.
Our Christ-centered watercolor summer camp is a joyful, creative experience designed especially for children in 3rd–5th grade. Throughout the week, campers will explore the beauty of watercolor painting while growing deeper in their faith. Campers will learn various watercolor techniques while creating artwork inspired by Scripture, God’s creation, and Christian themes like kindness, gratitude, and faith. No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and a love for creativity!
