Join us for an exciting week of exploring the history of our great country! Through fun, interactive games and activities, we will learn about key Founding Fathers, the saga surrounding the War for Independence, the need for the Constitutional Convention, and ultimately the fulfillment of these principles in the Civil War. Throughout the week we will examine how despite their imperfections, God used men and women to form the nation that has served as “the shining city on the hill” since 1776.
Come cast your nets and see what the Bible has to say about fish! We’ll learn about fish, fishing equipment, making lures, and so much more. Special Lake Michigan sunrise salmon fishing trips will be held Tues – Friday. This is when the fish are most active. 3 campers per trip plus one parent chaperone each day. Trips will be rescheduled if weather is not good on any specific day
Join us on the high seas for an exciting adventure and discover how God is our refuge and strength in any storm. We will learn and perform a musical in a week! We’ll end the week with a performance of our show on Friday night at 7pm. Auditions are required for speaking parts. Audition dates are Sunday, June 2nd from 1-3PM OR Monday June 3rd from 4-6PM. You only need to attend one audition session. Audition packets will be available on May 1st.
Do you love to cook? Do you dream of being the next Master Chef Junior? Then this is the camp for you! Join us for a week of cooking fun as we learn to create culinary masterpieces in the kitchen! And then we’ll eat them, of course, so come hungry! Throughout the week we will be cooking or baking foods from the different food groups as well as learning about how Jesus is “food for our soul.
We will spend the week training for our track meet, while we learn to be champions for Jesus. Events include: 50m, 100m, 200m, & 400m dash; 400m & 800m relays; long jump, softball throw & Frisbee toss. Everyone will compete in at least one dash event, one relay, and one field event at the Friday track meet. While we understand that conflicts arise, we ask that every participant in track and field camp plan to take part in the track meet on Friday evening. This allows us to plan for our relay teams, etc. so that everyone has a positive…
This active camp will help kids learn basic soccer foot skills with fun activities and games. We will introduce dribbling, shooting, passing, shielding and good sportsmanship within a positive team building environment. All skill levels are welcome, and the fun, engaging activities will help all kids develop soccer skills and grow in their faith. Everyone will have fun, learn a memory verse and more about the love of Jesus. Balls are provided and both T-shirt and soccer ball are included. Please bring a labeled water bottle each day.
Do you want to learn to sew? This is the camp for you! This camp is for kids who have little to no sewing experience. We’ll learn basic sewing techniques as we complete simple, yet fun sewing projects. Your own sewing machine is helpful, but not required.
Do you enjoy writing? Do you have great ideas that could be turned into a story?! Come spend the morning with us practicing writing and learning how God uses different types of writing in the Bible and that He is the author of YOUR story!
